Clovers News · BE A GOOD TEAM PARENT!

Clover Nation…the IHSAA will be sending small announcements our way this year to help us keep the big picture in mind…when I get them, I will forward them on.  They a great reminders for us all to remember our children are learning far more than a particular skill set in sports…

Thank you for taking the time to read these and also for supporting your athlete(s)!  GO CLOVERS!

HERE’S HOW TO BE
A GOOD TEAM PARENT

Are you a parent who wants to support your child’s high school team in the best possible way? Then here are four easy things you can do:

  1. Attend your child’s games as often as possible.
  2. Cheer for ALL the kids on the team, not just your own.
  3. Be a resource for your child’s team, not a problem.
  4. Focus on the life lessons your children are learning, not on won-lost records or how much playing time they’re getting.

Thank you for supporting your team and our school by being
a good team parent.
