Your Cloverdale Clovers Football team have now won two straight and are 2-2 Overall and 2-0 in East Division Play.  The team beat Cascade over a span of two days as lightning and weather postponed the end result Friday night.  Both teams played hard and had stingy defenses but the Clovers were able to ride a Cascade fumble that turned into a safety and a 14 yard score by Tyce Jackson to hold on for the victory.  The score came after a fumble recovery by Haiden Harbert-Davis on a muffed punt on the previous play. The defense held strong all night and helped hold the Cadets to just 6 points on a long pass at the end of the first half and came up big on Cascade’s last drive of the game on a 4th and 3 to secure the game.

The Clovers are playing great and looking to carry this momentum into this week’s action as they face County Rival North Putnam.  Come out and support your Clovers!  Game time at 7 PM AT North Putnam High School.
